* POWERMOVE PROGRAM OFFER – Con Edison's PowerMove offer provides:

a. A one-time 7-percent discount off the Con Edison price for energy supply for the first two months after you start purchasing electricity and/or natural gas from an ESCO. Savings offered during the introductory period are not guaranteed beyond that period.

b. Your account can participate in PowerMove only once per commodity (electricity and/or natural gas).

c. If you are already enrolled with an ESCO or switch ESCOs, you are not eligible for the PowerMove discount.

d. You can be assigned to an ESCO or select an ESCO.

e. After you agree to participate, the ESCO will send you a sales agreement with terms, conditions, and pricing for the introductory period and beyond. You may cancel at any time.

f. The ESCO may not cancel the agreement during the introductory period. Following the introductory period, participation is on a month-to-month basis, and either you or the ESCO may cancel the agreement without penalty or termination fee.

g. You will receive one bill from Con Edison, which will include ESCO supply charges and Con Edison delivery charges.

h. Con Edison will provide the ESCO with your account information, including telephone number.
