PowerMove eligibility: Unless they are already enrolled with an ESCO, commercial electric customers who are billed only for
kilowatt hours and for firm (not interruptible) service, and gas customers who are billed for firm (not interruptible)
service are eligible for the PowerMove discount, unless they've already taken advantage of the one-time PowerMove offer.
